It looks like some sort a cotton ball Pokemon...those ball thingies seem to do that. Its good though! :D :D :D

not to mention a Ptolomy and a Saladin, this thing's huge.  The inside is supposed to contain a complete biosphere, parks, malls apartments there's even an artificial cave complex.  keep up the good work.

As you probably know, shots of the original K-7 model are scarce.  While many people have interpreted the design in the same fashion as you...

...Greg Jein, the man who designed the new K-7 model for the DS9 episode 'Trials and Tribble-ations' went with a more rounded appearance:

This is because, in addition to the original on-screen evidence...

...it is believed that the original K-7 was based on a Douglas design for a modular space habitat, made of unfolding wedges:



Anyway, as I commented in your bridge thread, that's a nice design.  It fits well in the TOS era.
