ID map swapping help- fixed

I'm testing my new NX-Excelsior model ingame but it doesn't work. I'm using P81's Excelsior, which works, and I replaced the older model with my new model, and included my textures in the model's folder. Once ingame, it looks like it is just about the load the model, then it crashes. The model looks great in MPE. Here's the console report:

Have you tried deleting the old vox files?
I still can't read peoples minds, nor can I read peoples computers, even worse, I can't combine the two to read what is going wrong with your BC install...

im not sure if im understanding, but why not just use BCUT to make a plugin for the ship, instead of trying to "overwrite" p81's files with yours?
also, does the ship's script call for the things youve overwritten (nif, hardpoint, etc)?

I got it to work :D, and I found the problem. Before I used the P81 Excelsior scripting, I used the scripting for my TMP Enterprise. The problem was in the ship file located at scripts/ships. I accidentally renamed the folder to find the nif file. The folder did not exist, and that's why it was crashing.

Second question, I'm also trying to get ID map swapping to work. I used BCUT for the scripting, but the new registry does not show up ingame. Here's my plugin script.

blankID_glow.tga should be a currently applied texture.

It's already applied. I want the blankID.tga texture swaped to be the WCnxexcelID_glow.tga texture.

Yes.

EDIT: I checked in nifskope. The ship was using blankid_glow.tga, not blankID_glow.tga, though blankID was the original name of the texture. I made the changes in the ship script so now it works ingame. :D
