I've been doing some fiddling in order to learn to use the MPE a little better.  I ended up re-hardpointing one of the throwaway stockers that came with BC.

there'll be a fighting version of the stock freighter floating around, soon, if I can get this thing not to Black Screen on me.  think we can find the trekniverse version of Han Solo, somewhere?

also, I'm working on a repair package for the Gabriel Daedalus.  I picked up the TDIE that was just put out, and reset the icons where they should be for my conversion.  I'm gonna be updating the Hardpoint to be a little more powerfull ( i had originally designed my multi-species to be the equivelant of what I now know as Era X)

I've got a stick point or two I'd like some hints on.

I'm adding an emergency plasma weapon to the Gabriel.  the one thing I can't find, however, is an illustration of a typical plasma cannon shot. they're either all hidden, or buried somewhere so deep I can't find them (i'm only finding Torpedo Cores).  I need one for the size scale and where to poke them in the scripts.

the fighting freighter clashes with the stock freighter, and causes a BSOD.  I think i've filled in all the script holes to prevent it, but I'm still getting a dead bridge.

if anybody can help me with the fighting freighter pointing to a tutorial, that'll help.

finally, I've got the Gabriel hardpoint updated 

I'd like somebody to vet the new hardpoint, if possible.  since this has collapsed TWICE while trying to add an emergency pulse weapon shot (even MPE wouldn't read it!), I've given up on the idea.  if ANYBODY responds to this, I'm gonna consider it a miracle.
