I always thought the Cardassian ships were pretty ugly...but not this one. Great screenshot

it's both... it has a weapon placement in the center but the rest is the deflector...

and DJ... no model changes needed there... just the texture looks a little plain.

Almost forgot about this ship, but then I started going through the list of past winners of the "Modder of the Month". Found several gems, I hadn't seen in a while
