Title: Section 31 Valiant-class Escort VENDETTA - Almost Ready!

Alright, I am making a Section 31 Valiant class, since the Section 31 Century by Lukey did so well.  And it makes sense to me to have a Defiant-ish ship be also a Section 31 ship.  But I'm a little lost and stupid...

OH CRAP!  :shock: Yup, I am really stupid!  :lol:  Get this:

As I was typing the above part, I was gonna say it didn't show up in game.  But I just realized why:  I put my mod into the folder I downloaded the Valiant into, not the actual game's folder!  Wow...

AANNNYWAAAYSSS....

I was thinking more along a code name.  Lukerobin, is it okay if I tie in my ship with yours?  That way it could use the "S31 - S - ***" registry format.  I was thinking 007, the Clandestine, could be the S31 flagship.  The Valiant S31 is a cloakable surveillance and hit and run ship, like a field unit.  It wouldn't necessarily need a name, just a registry.

That looks really nice. And yeah, I was hoping you'd tie it in with mine and adopt the registry :D I was thinking of starting a S31-C-*** for combat roles.

That Valiant looks nice.  Great texturing!  Can't wait til it comes out.

It seems there will soon be a Section 31 trend.  They'll be the first real Section 31 ships, none of that "just paint it black" ships that were on BC-Files earlier.

Hehe, i'm setting a trend :D And i've also started another S31 Century, but for combat purposes so it won't be black. But will be styled different...

I was wondering that.

This ship look amazing. Perhaps after a few more S31 ships are done then they could all be released in a pack. I'm planning on updating/enhancing the Clandestine with shuttle launching, etc and i'd like to include this with your permission? I'll include all appropiate credits, etc.

But vary nice work here I don't like S31 ships much but you guys are changing my mind.
But please include blanks so I can slap a Marine reg on this bad boy.

Lol, everyone says that about the reg numbers. Releasing blanks along with the ship will put a stop to that.

Yeah its the Jutland but when I'm done with my kitbash of the Jutland it will be there which is the PH class

If Lukerobin's is a Century, and mine a Valiant, this would be post Nemesis.  Therefore, Section 31 most likely expanded.  Delta Force uses names and such.  Why can't 31?

And yes, a pack would be awesome.  Just waiting on USS Prime and DJ Curtis to get back to me.  Then it'll be finished.

In fact they sometimes have very funny names to hide what they do.

And boys GMAN is one word not two LOL.

DJ Curtis just gave me the OK, so just need the hardpoint, then it'll be on BCFiles!

New Issue....

I have the hardpoint, but now it wont go ingame.  Every instance of the name "DJValiant" etc has been replaced by S31 Valiant or a variant of that.  It appears in the Section 31 menu, and is labeled Vendetta.  Problem is, textures work, but not the hardpoint, which is referenced to correctly in the script.  I found a thread with something about why simply renaming all files, folders, and names doesn't work.
