Title: screen shot question

hello all,

i have a bit of a stupid quistion, but i notice that alot of you that make screenshots, it seems u have the ability to get ships close together, how do u do this? when i try it,, its like 2 magnates, they detract from each other,

turn off collisions for one... use the transporter for another...

The crucial thing to do is use Fleet Orders and command your fleet to "Stop". This will stop your ships completely in their tracks and using the transporter you can beam over, fly them to wherever you want them and they wont fly away. :) Thats if you have KM 1.0.

Or you could use the Edit mode (eg. open Console and type "Edit()" )

besides, I found it more fun to fly the ships in position.
