Title: does anyone remember a movie using an EMP in a van?

it was built out of garage parts, I think the idea was the guy was going to knock out an air traffic control with it. It had one of those cheap pizzia pans with the holes in it as the "dish" on the front of the weapon and it could I think be held with 2 hands like a heavy machine gun would and the power systems driving it were contained in a van. I can't remember what the movie was..does anyone else remember it? I believe it's years old, like the 90's

I remember an EMP in the back of a van in Oceans 11. But nothing to do with air traffic control lol. I would've thought that would fit into Die Hard 2. :P

yea Oceans 11 is the only one i remember with an EMP

this movie was out in the 90's..way too old to have been oceans 11...though does anyone have a still of theirs? Maybe they reused the prop.
