I just had an idea whilst playing STO.
I don't know much about scripting or modding BC though I've followed this community for ages. I'd like to know if it would be possible and if so how easy it would be to accomplish to place an ingame controller for your media player such as WMP or iTunes?
I find this a feature of STO I use alot.

There was similar. I think it was back in KM .9, but it had mp3 support through science (Pretty sure it was standalone too), basically that required you to drop songs into a specific folder, though. Personally, I found it awesome being able to pick my battle music in game (The comp I play BC on is outdated, and WMP10 likes to freak when I'm playing games).

Damn, beat me to it!

Yeah I remembered this too and loved it though if I remember correctly, it didn't work when I tried adding it to KM1.0.
Plus I was thinking of a way that you could use it ingame but wouldn't need to recopy all your song files and place them in the BC directory.

AFAIK it's already part of KM.

I just reinstalled BC and KM and couldn't find it :eek
I'll try downloading and installing it separately.

the mp3 thing was not included in KM1.0 and higher...
it was only in 0.9...

You know I just remembered when KM1.0 came out and that was one of the first things I checked for, after having a look at all the great mods of course lol.

you may want to contact Defiant over at the KM forums and ask him about it...
