-
as long as it used 2 different online player accounts or seperate ports.....but im not entirely sure, ive wanted to play online for a while but have never been able too......

if you play lan ports don't matter... if you play online you need to open ports in the router if you are behind one.

ok, so i can just link them with an ethernet cable and everything will work?
-
damn im on a router but im not in controll of it.....my dad is (yeah im only 15......) ill see what he says, and maybe me and CyAn1d3 can go at each other in our ships XD

It should if you get the computers to see each other.

ah IC
well when you ask tell him to add
stbc.exe with ports 22101(in) and 28900(out) for both incoming and outgoing traffic.

ok then what do i go into on multiplayer, the account thing or the other option?(im not good at online things.....)
-
eh? you just start BC then select "Multiplayer" then "online" then make your name then select "Start Query" and finally join a game.
The "password" option is only for those games that are locked and require one to access.

ahh thanks for pointing that out XD
