has anyone else tried DLing from filefront, lately? i went to go pick up something new, and the download speed dropped to sub dialup speeds! (1 k a second??!) i wanna make sure its just me.

it might be, ive been getting slow downloads as well, but i just chalked that up to exceeding my bandwith

the page itself and most other sites are DLing just fine. wonder if they're having an FTP problem? i checked with my speed demon downloading browser, and it was running at identical speeds.

This is why I'm going to release my mods on my own damned webhost (Yahoo!) *sighs* I'm tired of filefront!

whatever was going on was cleared up by yesterday afternoon, so I'm betting it was either an FTP problem, or interference from maintenance. thanks for moving this, Jimmy.

okay, interesting bit, thismorning. looks like the problem with the 1 k per sec downloads occurs early in the morning.

i blame that damn AXE game that insits on loading everytime i hit GF.
