Title: Changing a Starhips Regesrty number on the hull

I would like to change the registry number on a starship in BC, how do i do that. im not an advanced modder so any help would be greatly appreciated.

You would need a program that opens TGA files like Paint.NET, GIMP, or Photoshop and edit the registries in that program. It would also help if you had permission from the original author, and if possible to get blank ID maps from them too.
