let me be a little rantish and nitpicky here...
I'll expose the issue at hand as directly as I can: one corporation, watching every connection available.

think about it.

the very foundation of Internet is de-centralization of everything, and that includes de-centralizing administration and decision-making.
and now we're cheering the fact that one organization is going to take over multiple others?
of course I welcome the concept of free internet and world-wide communication,... but.... what if.
