The Last Hurrah for RifleMan80
« on: December 13, 2014, 05:26:21 AM »
I am sorry to say guys, but my days with Bridge Commander have come to an end. Ya know, I was 11 when Bridge Commander came out, now, at 23 with a wife, a new house and preparations for a little Trekkie in the next year, I can honestly say I grew up with BC. But these days, I haven't got the time to make videos anymore. Its the longest I've played a single game...ever with the exception of Command & Conquer Red Alert.
The BC community has been a second family to me. This doesn't mean I wont be around anymore, I will still be here, may even run into me on STO from time to time. It's been a hell of a ride and a pleasure. As I type this, my two copies of Bridge Commander are being vacuum sealed, one of them isn't even open yet, new in the box and will be placed in my display case between a 1st Edition C&C Red Alert copy, and Medal of Honor (where the name came from ).

With that being said, this is my farewell , in dedication to the Bridge Commander Community, the friends, the foes, the good times, and those no longer with us.
Bridge Commander really did go Where none of gone before.

yeah.  think about how many guys here have wife and kids and still manage to pop in or work on stuff.  I always enjoyed your channel.  was always hoping one day I'd have a ship good enough to have a Cameo in one of your vids *sigh*

If you're retiring, how about spilling how you got those camera shots?

All the best dude!

Thank you for your awesome video's.

Glad you'll still be around now and then.

Even though so many of us old timers have been gone from our forums, it's incredible this site still manages to carry on.
