How to fix FPS/performance issues in Windows 10

Locate your install folder, right-click STBC.exe, and click Properties. In that window, click the compatibility tab. Check Disable Fullscreen Optimizations and click Apply, then start the game. If you're still experiencing problems, close the game, go back into the compatibility tab and set the program to run in compatibility mode for Windows XP (Service Pack 3).

These minor tweaks have allowed me to run the game at full speed at 1920x1080 resolution with anti-aliasing and texture filtering enhancements enabled through my graphics card control panel. I hope this helps someone!
