What DS9FX Xtended v1.2 is actually an app which checks your install and downloads relevant files which need updating.
So to get everything ready:
1. Make a separate BC install
2. Install all existing requirements that DS9FX already has (NanoFX, Foundation etc)
3. Install DS9FX Xtended (1.0 or 1.1 -- doesn't matter)
4. Copy the contents of this zip package to the root BC folder (where stbc.exe is located) and run it.
5. Hit download latest version button and allow it to connect to the internet (if using a firewall) and wait for it to download the updates it deems necessary.
NOTE: App requires .NET Framework 4.6.2.
IMPORTANT NOTE: PLEASE use a separate BC install when testing DS9FX or make a backup of the existing one whatever suits you. There could be unknown bugs in the updater and it could corrupt your BC install, it's a possibility. Updater relies on updater_info.json to determine whether or not your DS9FX copy needs updates. If you are running this for the first time the updater will instead rely on manually calculating signatures of files and determine what needs to be downloaded\updated. Please note that this updater also deletes files if they are no longer a part of a DS9FX install, this is a part of the syncing process.
