WCSovereignPack1.0

This includes both versions, the Nemesis Sovereign and the FC Sovereign.  I just added ID maps for use with the Skinning and Damaging Tool, as well as MVAM on both versions for the Captain's Yacht.  Give credit to Wiley!  He did a wonderful job on the ship!
