There are 3 shuttlebay or cargobay doors located in the saucer section. One forward, one port and one starboard

Thanks Cent, I think I hit the lighting on the head for that one.

Now that I got the Excelsior Pack working properly after deleting the VOX files to improve performance I'm rather liking it much more now.
