Need help finding a font
« on: June 22, 2007, 03:50:18 PM »
Hey guys, I need help identifying the font used on the lower text in the official Bridge Commander logo.. I have asked around but as of yet none of my contacts know the name of it, but it must be available since it was used on the BCFiles banner.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I thought that was either "magic-wand"ed out of the logo or from some manual?

no, there is no F, L, or S anywhere in the logo. The closest I have found so far is "farrier" however its a commercial font ..

It looks good.

Now, a bit bigger, using a new Excalibur, and that other ship. ;)

Very nice.
Canon is what people argue exists on ships that don't exist.

Farrier, but since its commercial the only version i could legally download was farrier shaded.. so I had to edit the font so it was not so bold and also a couple of other things qere slightly different. Im kinda tempted to make a new game intro for the BC logo now :P
