And yes, Technical Support is for problems with their installs people can't solve themselves.
I move other threads to their place when I see them (or others do).

lol, it was a bad choice of words on my part, i was at a party and i wanted to quickly post, and the only thing i could really post on at the time was a Wii, so i was in a rush.
