Error with sound

I am trying to install BC on my Laptop.  It is giving me an error message about Sound anyone else have this problem

What does the error say?

It isn't a usual error for BC.

I still can't read peoples minds, nor can I read peoples computers, even worse, I can't combine the two to read what is going wrong with your BC install...
