texture pack
« on: November 04, 2007, 03:25:34 PM »
hey all,
i was just browsing through my 3d max trek model directory, its about 2 gig all up.
And i thought about packing a whole lot of the textures into a folder and making it available to you guys for use on textures for bc ships it would include

-deflectors dishes
-warp nacelle bussards
-warp nacelle grills (blue)
-starship interiors/corridors (for use in windows)
-various race/starship insignia
-various style escape pods and hatches
-Blank fed insignia ready for use (Red Arrow with yellow tip)
-Yellow thruster clusters
-transporter emitters
-various warning insignia (like the one's similar to ent-d printed on under side of warp nacelles
-impulse engines
-shuttle bay doors
-Sensor palettes
-Plane hull textures MANY variations of shaded/colored hull plating
-And more ready to use specular maps i can keep track of

All of these textures are just below or high quality.
so would these be any use to you guys if i put them in folders, zipped them up and uploaded them?,
i thought i would ask first cause it would take me a few hours to sort them all out

skip the specs. most of the users can make their own textures turning the normal textures to black and white with a little of edition.
plus, you save space.

Very interested! Were these posted? I'm just trying to learn about texturing and I've one to texture right now actually.
