BC ignoring AA And AF Settings
« on: February 16, 2008, 09:49:11 PM »
BC doesnt seem to want to have 6x Antialiasing or 16x Anisotropic Filtering anymore. I am using a Radeon X1900XTX 512mb graphics card.

AA and AF are both set to their maximum. I don't use Catalyst Control Center. I use a far less resource hungry program called Ati Tray Tools.

Any ideas?
Can't wait for 2014 to start.

No idea I'm afraid, I to have a X1900XT card in my machine but it works fine, I've had no issues with it since I installed it last year. I'm currently using the CCC, so my only explanation is it's ATI Tray Tools.

I would either.....

1) Delete or backup and move the Options.cfg file in the root BC directory, this will reset BC to the default options.

OR

2) Re-install BC or Re-install your ATI Tray Tools Driver.

In anycase good luck with it

I should update my drivers more frequently. I just updated to the latest version of ATI Tray Tools and the jaggy and blurryness went away in BC.

Thanks for the suggestions though Glenn.
