He was citing an example of steampunk, which someone asked what was. we shouldn't answer questions?

As far as I know, its ok to highjack your own thread. I did it with Centurus once (he was trying to make an Excelsior variant) and it ended up with me being forced to eat some cookies with milk.

But to be ontopic (a bit more than everything else I've written): I would say keep going with this. Maybe make some sort of Steam Miranda. Or even better, the Steamrunner (with pipes and crystal balls)! :D Make it a literal steamer!

Only those whose lives are brief can imagine that love is eternal. You should embrace that remarkable illusion. It may be the greatest gift your race has ever received."

Meh, I've just been going through a bit of a creative block recently. I'd rather work on soemthing like this for when I'm motivated to do it. Lately I've been feeling the need to get back to some TMP-era stuff. Maybe the TMP Cardies :-)

I have that problem too.  You'll end up with maybe 4 or 5 ships to work with.  I wish the best for your next build-ups. :)
