well, first you need to explain what it is you can't figure out how to do....
I just realised something. I've released over 300 fully modded ships for bridge commander. Bow to your master :D

The first image is a test texture for the engineering! Second and the third image is a test for saucer aztec...but they are all of the tests!
I have many images on the several sections of the enterprise refit, but I have not still understood which are the just colors for some its you leave!

That doesn't say much. What is your intended result? The point of your retexture? You say you are retexturing, and show test shots, but you've not stated what you wish to accomplish. You could add more detail, you could change the shades of the colors on the original textures, and lots more things. It'd help people figure out what you need help doing.

He wants the ship the have the effect of somewhat changing color like it did in TMP/STII...however from STIII to STVI the effect was dropped and the ship was the whiter color...so i'm assuming he wants to somehow make the ship appear to change color in different lighting...

I'm not even sure that's possbile, though if he does a spec map it may reflect the colors of the systems star better...

That's what I was fixing to suggest....

It's good work.
But the deflector could be a little bit darker.

I agree with intrepid the deflector needs to be toned down a little bit. Other than that she looks pretty good there.

Thank's for comment! I will try to modify the color of the deflector!

I have made a test with the gold def. and warp grid in low power!

Looking good, will you be implementing the two different textures into Ftech?

I'm hoping someone here or with the Excalibur team will be able to create a Constitution
with that same smooth, white color from Star Trek VI. I think its most noticeable when
the ship leaves spacedock. All the current models available have the Star Trek V color scheme.
