Installed thess new damage textures today.  They look great but are ruined by the old flashing orange textures.  Does anyone know how to get rid of them. Ive played around with NanoFX to no avale.  Thanks

I'm unsure what you are talking about, but I think you better ask the author of the mod about this.
I still can't read peoples minds, nor can I read peoples computers, even worse, I can't combine the two to read what is going wrong with your BC install...

Right well im sort of guessin whilst being quite drunk lol that the "old" orange damagefx has more frames than the federation damage fx. There should be 31 damage textures in:

 scripts/custom/NanoFXv2/ExplosionFX/Gfx/Damage

If there are more than Damage_Nano0031 DELETE the ones which are higher than this number Damage_Nano0032 +
that should solve it if I'm on the right lines lmao.
