Walking Around Empty GCS Bridge?

Is it possible to relieve crewmembers and walk around the Galaxy class bridge?

I know of the old "Brex to engineering" mod, and of the "walk" mod. The trouble is, the "walk mod" won't work on the Galaxy class bridge. The updated "walk" mod allows walking around the Galaxy class bridge, but says "Brex to engineering" mod is now obsolete and is disabled?

Basically, what I want to do is walk around an empty Galaxy class bridge. Is there a way or mod to do this?

WalkFX has been updated to work on the galaxy bridge.  Download the update in this pack (make sure you have the requirements): http://bridgecommander.filefront.com/file/BCS_The_Beginning;59227

Also yes it is possible to releive all crew members but it will require something special to do so:

open the console and type:
Code: [Select]

import MissionLib

Code: [Select]

MissionLib.HideCharacters(App.g_kSetManager.GetSet("bridge"))

case sensitivity is _very_ important

good luck

Yes they are. I'm going to check tonight to see if I can eliminate the black ring around their collars!

I'll check those out, LJ. There's two Galaxies in my movie, so another slightly altered bridge would work well!

Movie looks interesting, shame they weren't the bridge crew models. Aswell as adding better bridge sets as LJ suggested, may I suggest you use Scotchy's Galaxy Class too. If he allows it of course!

I'd love to use that GCS, but I have no clue as to how to do registries properly. I've read tutorials, had it  explained more than once, but I still can't get it.

I'm using the P81 Galaxy, because I can barely do a passable registry on it, but with no alpha channel. Anyone here who doesn't mind doing registries? You will of course be credited in the flick!

If you have photoshop, theres a psd file included in the Galaxy pack - you can make new registries easily with that,

I've tried, but no luck. I have Photoshop Elements, and the alpha file never seems to work.

try paint.net - i prefer it to elements when it comes to handling alpha channels.  http://www.getpaint.net/
