Multiplayer Problem
« on: October 15, 2008, 09:59:23 PM »
Whenever I try to join a multiplayer game it just says file version missmatch - mainmenu.pyc. I tried re-installing with and without KM 1.0 and i still get this message. Any ideas?

when playing MP, every person playing must have the same exact scripts...  any one slight thing off, and you'll get that mismatch error...

Did you install the v1.1 patch before KM1.0?

Also, did the gametype say something other than KM1.0?

Or did you install a mod?

I only installed the km1.0. What version of mainmenu.pyc does everyone use? And where can i find it? Could someone send it to me? My e-mail is Silverado_76@hotmail.com. If someone could send me all the files in that folder that would be great. Thnx

When installing KM, make sure you overwrite all files, including mainmenu.pyc. - And don't use the windows included zip-Program, use a real one!
