lol, am I the only one who likes much DoF and much Motion Blur :D I like very much those effects because when you see the picture, you know the motion, the script of the picture, and the DoF focusses on the object, which has the biggest role in the scene :)

You seem to somehow have the base colour set as pink again. :P Looks good though. :)

yeah, sorry Vlad, but your motion blur isn't quite giving the right effect, it just looks like the camera is out of focus.  If you want to have motion blur, it should be biased in the direction of travel, not uniform, look at how BC does motion blur.

Third picture should be captioned: "When *head desk* isn't enough."

Baz, that shot looked awesome and felt very movie like. Great work.

The light source in that first picture is placed all wrong. You can clearly see that the light is next to the ship and in front of the asteroids.

Here's a short vid of the Archer Class scout cruising through a nebula.

Then you need to drastically reduce the intensity on the near omnis.

What nebula?

I've attached an image showing the main glaring error in your image. The lens flare is the light source and you can see by the front of the asteroids that the light they are recieving is front in front of them. The, if you look at the front of the saucer you can plainly see that it isn't recieving any light from the front, but from the side. Therefore, the "sun" must be somewhere next to the ship.

Next step to improving your renders, lose the anamorphic streak and the majority of the other lens flare effects. Inner and outher glows are cool, but you've really, really over done them and you need to scale back.
