mackie, you need to fix that Vetehinen_class-LWO as it is corrupt and the greif class loads as an lwo missing s dorsal saucer texture and converts that way too, yet the texture is included, might wanna check that. I was able to get the curtis and Ilmarinen ok.

ahhhh ****. ill see about that if i still have the original, the grief class i just checked out and it seems alright in my end, dunno whats wrong. whats version of lw are you using?

I'm using 3d exploration. If there is an sfc ready version around I'll use that. Or if you can get one. Otherwise it seems buggered. It doesn't load the texture and apparently tosses it when saved as 3ds. It converted the others ok..so it should work on this one too.

I've fixed the grief class. I figured out how to rename a material in 3d exp. turned out the texture name had been changed and it needed to be reset.

Good news is the above mentioned corrupted zip file has been recieved entirely complete from one of mackie's backups, so thanks to him (and what ever he was drinking at the time) and the ship should be available soon.

Yes. Since that date, it has been used in almost every TOS mod which featured the TOS Connie, just with better textures. Lints Connie was okay but it had many wrong bits.

Thanks... but the 3ds files were fubar and obj files i couldnt load for some reason. I suppose I also should have been more specific about textures, i'd need them in BMP format, both the actual textures and the illumination textures. speculars i usually do my self

I think the best TMP Constitution available right now is Khaliban's, and the model is on Battleclinic.

As for the textures, you can convert the .TGAs to .BMPs in Photoshop. You can even paste the alpha channel as a new file for the illumination maps.

Hmm, what's wrong with the 3ds files? I can open them with gmax, Blender, Milkshape, 3D Exploration and LithUnwrap.
