Crashes to Desktop- no module named ShipManager

I'm trying to get my Kelvin ships to use ID map swapping, but when ever I select a ship, it tries to load then crashes to desktop. I do have SDT for map swapping. I also used BCUT to make the plugin. Below is the console track dump.

Is it really crashing to desktop?

I would say you don't have ShuttleLaunching installed.
But not having a module shouldn't crash BC to desktop, merely a black screen.

Could you attach Scripts\Custom\QBautostart\EmergEscapeK7.py?
I still can't read peoples minds, nor can I read peoples computers, even worse, I can't combine the two to read what is going wrong with your BC install...

Yes, it requires ShuttleLaunching.

Do you have scripts/ftb/__init__.py(c) and scripts/ftb/ShipManager.py(c)?
I still can't read peoples minds, nor can I read peoples computers, even worse, I can't combine the two to read what is going wrong with your BC install...

I don't think you should. Just because you found another way, doesn't mean you can't learn how to do this for the future. And it also cuts down on file sizes. :D

All of my Kelvin ships share the main textures like the saucer, engineering, hull, etc. Just before I export a mesh to nif, I change the registry texture for each ship, so when the ship is used, the nif will automatically choose the correct registry, and still share the main textures.

There is no BSOD in the log you posted.


So you think that the mesh was crashing BC?

The mesh probably was crashing BC. I have no way of knowing that, because I now have the ships working via "Plan B."
