wierd MPE issue

I haven't used MPE in a while and recently had to reinstall the SDK, now for some reason, all the ships show up as white.  this isn't a big deal if I'm just tweeking systems, but I can't see any detail to line new systems up with.

I've tried multiple ships, and I've tried reinstalling MPE, but I can't figure out why it's doing this.  I do know that it used to have a tendency to turn white sometimes when you resize the window, but that could be fixed just by reloading the model, this time they come white as soon as they load.  and they stay that way.

ok what you do is load the model then expand the window and the two toolbars as ya want then load the HP...
it is an odd error.
Canon is what people argue exists on ships that don't exist.

it is an odd error.

that's how it used to happen, that of course could just be fixed by reloading the model, but now it happens as soon as the model is loaded, before I do anything else.  and reloading the model isn't helping.

Do you have the texture directory set to /high?
