Strange shuttle launch problem

As some of you may know I want to add a shuttle launch feature to my new connie.

I have 2 PC's (desk top and a note book). On my notebook I can launch the default shuttle, though after changing the carrier file to point to my new TMP shuttle it still only launches the default shuttle?

Second problem I have if I copy the exact same file to my desktop the shuttle launch option is there but on lists the Sov yacht which will not launch?

Any ideas on what could be wrong I have attached the carrier file for the connie
