Body modelling from scratch in 3d studio (bridge characters)
« on: December 11, 2006, 12:21:36 PM »
Looking for a tutorial for another 3d editor, I found this reference to a tutorial for 3d studio
it shows how to model a Joan of Arc model, but should be usefull for generic bodies.

http://www.3dtotal.com/ffa/tutorials/max/joanofarc/joanmenu.asp

it's only worth on the first two chapters and the texturing chapter, the other parts show how to model and texture the armor. this might be usefull for klingon bodies, tho.
hope this helps on the creation of new crewmen.

for those involved in High-Q character creation (coughExcaliburcough):
How-2-draw a head.

you'll have to download the tutorials, that come in video.
