ok... Its changed
Its a 4 deck federation escort ship.
High manouverability due to the wide position of the impulse engines. 3 dorsal phasers, 1 ventral phaser. 8 pulse phasers.

Try tapering the top section in towards the middle.  That should give you some nice rounding where you currently have some blocky action going on.
