Oh yea it's possible.You just would require a small texture for each number, then change the bridge mapping so that clock is actually made up of 4 textures in a row (tex tex : tex tex), and make a script to change the appropriate texture when the time comes (with the passing of time).You really would want all this work and overhead while playing for a simple visible clock on a few bridges?
