Random Crash

Hey guys I'm getting a little frustrated I've been bored wanting to play the single player campaign again but the game is crashing at E3M1 and Quickbattle (no it's not when the Klingon's warp in, it's when the mission is still loading). It wouldn't even let me get a console dump so I installed the console tracker and I'm attaching the results. This report applies to both Single Player and QB. Can someone tell me whats wrong?
