I have been putting together a huge copy of BC (10+ Gigs). I am also trying to make the game flow as it was made to. I have renamed ships, added sub menus and classes, adjusted textures and HPs, etc... I really want a game with all the greatness of this modding community.
Upon my quest I have incountered a problem that I cannot find an answer to in any of the previous forums. I am working on the Excelsior Class, I edit the icons, but when I enter the game and view the ship in QB Menu the new icon is there, but the outline of the old icon is also there cutting off the image.
I have tryed deleting .pyc files in scripts/custom/Ships , scripts/ships , and scripts/ships/hardpoint as well as deleting .pyc in all 3 places at the same time. I am still having the same problem. I am not a dumb person, but the solution is escaping me.
