well i done the uss apex, and waiting for the new hardpoint,
I am now working on a ship with transwarp engs but it use the mvam mod due to the whole warp eng pod/section (ie the purple colour section in the picture) can be ejected away from the ship in case of a core breach,
so i dont plan the ship to have big warp engs, might be 1 small one above the ship just behind the bridge ie like the Prometheus class,
any please let me know what you think

ps asoon as i get some screen shot of the apex i post them

An interesting proposal. Really helps give the impression that Transwarp is risky business, as it should!

how come the plasma grilles on the big nacelles are orange?  i take it your using that scheme to indicate that they're Transwarp?

Love the way the secondary hull flows up through the saucer, looks really good. Quite like the bottom of the saucer too, nice clean lines.

nacelle looks a tad too wide and the neck a bit too where it meets the nacelle. You could also add the venture class nacelle platform phaser to the bottom side of the nacelle for an extra phaser.  Otherwise it looks pretty close so far.

Oh yea you flattened the top a bit too much, there's that little observation thingy up there (or maybe that's the capt's lounge?)
I just realised something. I've released over 300 fully modded ships for bridge commander. Bow to your master :D
