QB crash after mission end

Have a recurring crash at end of qb missions (console dump below).  After ship has been destroyed, no return to bridge. I suspect, from the script error in console dump, that BC is having problem finding the bridge to return, but don't know why.  Problem doesn't happen if QB is in default open space (all ends correctly and return to bridge)...only if warp to system and battle there.  

Minor other problem: for some odd reason, MPE now crashes when tries to load ship HP file. Is this a vista prob?  Maybe should just reinstall?
