I just never was much of a fan of anything Daedalus or other TOS designs besides the Constitution and slight variants.  There are only two things I like that have anything to do with the Daedalus class, the Icarus and the Olympic.

Regarding the Icarus, it's absolutely beautiful.  A well executed ship to be sure.

I am a bit fond of that slightly reimagined Daedalus though.  I'm still not much of a fan of the tube neck, but you can't change everything and get away with it.

I've never been a big fan of the Daedalus either.  The only reason I ever really tolerated it was because of it being on of Jefferies original designs for the E.  That being said the redesigned Daedalus definitely is much better looking.  Glad G is thinking of doing it.  Been wanting to show it to him for awhile but didn't want to seem like I was making a ship request lol.

like I've said about cars, americans hate anything with curves :P

at least YOURS didn't go into development hell, like mine did, even with repairs.  i can't find the finished version, yet, of the model I kitbashed.

She IS amazing. Truly a nightmare for Klingons and Romulans..Although, IMHO she could use some rollbar-mounted phaser cannons just to match the wide range of weaponry carried by rommies and klinks. but she is already able to run toe to toe with surprisingly many TNG vessels..
