One of the things I do that really helps me to visualize them is stop looking at the paper or computer in front of you, stand up, and imagine it in front of you, in the air, flying around your house like that one episode of DS9 with the miniature runabout.  I usually go full six-year-old and run through the hallways making whooshing sounds too.

It helps to have parents who understand that you're a complete nerd.  Don't know about you married fellas though.

well, I do have model planes so I'm familiar with that method. I can "see" the  vessel in front of me, but it's reluctant about being trapped on the paper..

Just a WIP doodle.. Has already changed a bit from this. I was thinking of BoP-like pylon arrangement for the nacelles. Feedback? Ideas? Suggestions? Bueller? Bueller?
