Charleston Class Bridge, Generations Bridge Re-Work

okay, i made the Charleston Class Bridge, Generations Bridge Re-Work.

now i uploaded it to filefront, but a lot of people said they couldn't download, though some people can.

for those of you who can't download, i've posted a download link for my BC Mods on a website

click on the BC Projects button, and click Charleston Class Bridge, Generations Bridge Re-work

but there are a few minor 'confusions' once you click the download link.

• the Download link is an FTP (mentioned in the DL page)
• you have to enter two words into a re-captcha form
• you have to wait 30 seconds after that, than click the Download button

well it's confusing, but it's the best i can do for an alternate Download place.

i've also added all the (links to) requirements, and a survey option of what you think, the readme and description.
