looksing for an old b movie sci-fi space battle movie
« on: April 30, 2011, 04:54:23 PM »
Ok..well the main ship in the story wsa a corvette called "surprise" however doing a google search for this only yields the car corvette..even on youtube. The only result I got was this interesting article of a person searching for the same movie:
http://en.allexperts.com/q/Scifi-Movies-2997/2009/6/Sci-fi-movie-late.htm

However on wiki, looking through the entire decade of 90's movie listings I can't find one that matches. I tried into the 80's as well. No luck.

ANyone?
I just realised something. I've released over 300 fully modded ships for bridge commander. Bow to your master :D

Ya thinking of Star Command?

IMDB also calls it "In the Fold"
Canon is what people argue exists on ships that don't exist.

that might be it. Now I just need to find that other movie from the same time perdiod that involved a long aquatic looking ship called the trafalgar with blue tachyon sails on top used for it's drive system. The flyer was a tween/teen girl..and some old guy involved...and some space pirate in a smaller ship came in and helped later..all I remember but it was a decent movie.

The first film is definately Star Command, would you believe I actually have a copy of it that was recorded off the TV. Here's a pic of the ship for you.

Canon , what people argue exists, that doesn't really  exist.
