Bridge Commander Central - A Better Place for All

This announcement covers some points to keep you all updated.

Firstly I'd like to welcome all our new members, its a real delight to see the forum taking off. I'd also like to invite you all to tell your friends in the community about Bridge Commander Central while the forum is coming online.

We will be advertising the forums more widely once all bugs have been fixed and we are happy with the way things are running.

Okay, next I'd like to announce that BCC will be getting a new style soon based on the origional BCN, we hope you will like the theme when it becomes available.

Third item on the agenda is Bugs, we are having some problems with the forums at the moment. These issues will be resolved as quickly as possible, however in the meantime we offer our apologies for any disruption this may cause.

Next Id like to inform you all that the site will be moving to a new sub-domain soon, this should cause minimum disruption thanks to Lynxs expert hand :P.

Final offering is the new BCC userbar, please feel free to use the bar and where possible link to us with it.

We need a box at the top with the latest news items.
I still can't read peoples minds, nor can I read peoples computers, even worse, I can't combine the two to read what is going wrong with your BC install...

Yeh, some form of syndication like on BCU.
Although perhaps a better target forum would be more appropriate, since we rarely see updates to news items on BCU.

Come to think about it, what about an atom/rss feed?
Well, we would first need to get the news system working, which should be too complex.

It'd probably be best to make absolutely sure that the site it's self is running as it should before you start hacking it and modding it to death :P

What makes it all the sweeter is the fact that I doubt any of the 100 members are bots
