Is there a way to dock with this starbase in a non-KM install?

(I'll get this out of the way first. Not everyone uses KM by choice. Please bear that in mind when replying to this thread)

So, as you may have guessed, installing this version of the Federation Spacedock breaks the Starbase 12 galactic system. Starting in this system is disabled after installing the mod, but I can warp there just fine. When I do, there is no starbase to be seen.

I can load up the starbase in any other system, but as you know, docking would only be available in the Starbase 12 system.

So, anyway to fix this so that I don't end up having to delete this beautiful starbase mod, and go back to the old, ugly stock one, just to get docking again?

That mod has never worked. I've tried it before.

oh, looks like it is a QBA-script in KM.
