Disk Defragmenter

Ok, in Services.msc, Disk Defragmenter is set to "Manual", yet it runs automatically anyway, and chews through my HDD, slowing my PC down.

Is there any way to find out what triggered it to run?

Or even Steam...

But yeah, pretty much the solution was:

1, Uninstall crap, fat, clunky AV, Firewall and PC Tuneup program.
2, Restart PC.
3, Install Microsoft security Essentials.
4, ?????
5, PROFIT!
