What could I've expected from The BC Bridge modding God ... marvellous, fantabulous, astonishing ... dude, you're doing it, you're writing your own history of BC modding... I am really considering whether my retextures are worthy being shown while you're around !

it's time for cookies Lurok  :D

P.S. What the ... I just noticed old chum around ! good to have you back around BR !!! hope you'll stay around for alittle bit longer ;)

Not to gush, but it's time too give Lurok the keys to the Bakery! :D

I'll send you a PM soon, Doc- I haven't been idle modding wise either. ;)

Yes, Blackrook, it's good to have you around!

Thanks, that's really nice of you to say. :)

i absolutely agree :D
and to think all these years, everyone said how complicated doing a DS9 Ops would be lol

I know, right. I heard the same thing about the Type: XI shuttle. :P

I can honestly say, I would have never expected anyone attempt an DS9: OPS set. It was not for the lack of trying, lol. :P
I know, I'm not the only one in saying that these sets Lurok's making, are very inspirational to BC modding in general. Enough for me to start releasing some stuff, I've been holding for two years or more.

You can thank Lurok's w.i.p's for that ;)

Is it just me or is the crewman in the viewscreen shot recoilling in horror? :P

LOL, Was that an "emotional" response? Obviously a decendant of T'Pol -25 points from his Kholinar cred...  :lostit:

Again excellent work, Just a quick question will OPS use the actual Cardassian Red Alert sound from DS9 when and if its released.
I can field this one if it's all good.  I'm sending Lurok some sounds that include the actual DS9 red alert sound effect and other sounds from DS9 that I've compiled over the years.  All the audio should be authentic or very close to it. :)

Glad you fielded that one, Nero.  And thanks for ISS link, BR - sadly the model has more polies than Ops  :eek    Shouldn't be too much trouble to knock one up myself: basically a cylinder and couple of planes, lol  :)

Last pic before away for Easter. Won't post anymore ingame shots until Ops is finished and lightmapped, but couldn't resist this one.  Terek Nor.

Will you be attempting to animate those light pylons at red alert?

Mind-blowing, Lurok! Your best work yet!

As for the animating doors, maybe drop Lost_Jedi aka LJ a line, over at the Excalibur forums, he had door triggers for the turbolift doors in a beta of immersion that he gave me back in the day. Perhaps he could hack out that code for you...

@Lurok: Nice update :)

On the subject of the models in Sisko's office, It should not be hard to find low-poly versions. It's just a question of which modder's version. MadJohn did a low poly I.S.S. (International Space Station), Captain Elgy's CE Proto Nebula Class (Melborne Variant) should not blow up anyone's install. On the Saratoga model, I'd suggest the one released by the SFRD team.

it should be noted, the version of the ISS in his office is not the current configuration, it's a model of an earlier design.

The link I showed Lurok at Celestia Motherload has the I.S.S. in ALL configurations, or various stages of construction.
It's Lurok's choice to reference. ;)

No Problem, I knew there was an I.S.S. variants out there on that particular site. Never bothered to download them though. :P

Ahem... Not too difficult to do, given the overall "level of quality" of the game :)

Now rendering doesn't take an eternity  :D, and have some spare time while J and I wait to finish SP Mod, figured might as well bite the bullet and lightmap this sucker.

I guess next step is to experiment with red alert states (shouldn't be too much of a pain)  and turbo/extra/anims (which will be).

that would be really awesome if you can figure out red alert statuses...
if you do, hopefully youll be able to go back and add that function in to the bridges youve already done and remove the map swapping aspects which youve used for the effect of red alert flashing :)
(if you show me how to do that, ill be happy to help!)
i know, im in a pain in the ass lol :P

The ship models and baseball are there in version working on at mo.  Figured as Sisko left it behind, perhaps subsequent Fed and Bajoran commanders kept it as memento/relic of the Emissary  :)

Got a low-poly ISS from Nasa site.  Baz did offer to do a low-poly Saratoga last year but figure prob too busy now  :D.  Any other takers/recommendations welcome.
