Anybody knows a faster extractor program

I have downloaded GTA 4 compressed on a 687.9 MB file but it was too good to be true and the file was compressed through KGB archiver, i downloaded it but when i extract it the estimated time is around 342 hours, yes hours not minutes, then i looked around the web and some people said it was the processor and RAM memory and some other people said it was the encryption used when compressing so i tried to extract on a I3 processor notebook but the time was around 189 hours, if i let my PC running that much time it will burn everything that it has that he does not have .

I'd like something like Winrar or some other faster program.

 :facepalm:fastest extractor for warez is shop... all you need to do is to walk into it, choose what you want and pay for it showing gratitude to over 200 (rough number, might be 10 times more actually) people  involved in production of it ;)
