If they had infested Sulaco as a test-bed why would they care to retrieve Ripley after all ;) but I guess it won't be about plot anyway, it will be just like AVP, scripted with 'always-the-same' alien encounters around the ship...

I remember when AVP was about to hit stores, devs promissed that encounters with aliens will be mostly random and the AI will be very advanced, what we got was simple get-behind-me AI and scripted encounters in the very same places everytime ...

me too ... meh, probably won't get it anyway, considering how flat was the gameplay in AVP ... not to mention non-existant multiplayer ...

looks good...
...but whats the the nasty language? always the same "in this day and age". i think the producers of almost anything thing "hmm we have to have bad language... other wise the (product) will be rubbish"

its about time those responsible need to take a step back and think about all the great things we all had when we were children (i'm talking about when we were children in the 80's) granted this isnt for children (aliens games) but even things for adults were without the swearing.

Have you guys even lived in the real world, let alone military?  Or watched Aliens for that matter?  I find it funny we're having a discussion of language about a game of gratuitous gore and blood for the sake of atmosphere.

You're right, there is plenty of the gratuitous gore and blood... but why add to it with even more bad stuff?

Well this is a pointless argument.  Gratuitous blood, gore, humans yelling out as their lives are taken... but as soon as cursing is brought in, oh it's soo bad.  Bowing out...
