Need help with MVAM Bird of prey

Hello, this week i decided that for my install i would make the B'rel BOP from the BC Aftermath pack MVAM capable. To do this, i re-scaled the K'vort to be within about 90-95% of the same scale as the B'rel. Everything, including making the ship MVAM worked perfectly save the hardpoint of the B'rel with raised wings (ex K'vort). While the flash from the disruptors came out of where i placed them, the projectile keeps coming out of the centre, so i hardpointed the ship all over again, yet the same problem arises. Can anyone tell me what i am doing wrong, and how to fix this? Thank you.
